By instructing or engaging BizzScale in any way—including via phone, email, WhatsApp, website inquiry, or any other communication—you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Even without a signed agreement, these Terms form a binding contract between you and BizzScale. Your continued instruction or acceptance of services constitutes legal acceptance of these Terms.
Minimum Term: All service agreements are subject to a minimum term of three (3) months unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fixed Fee: Fees are based on a fixed monthly rate, to be agreed upon prior to service commencement.
Invoicing & Payment: Invoices are issued monthly in advance and payable within 7 days of the invoice date.
Late Payment: Late or non-payment may result in service suspension. You remain liable for the full term agreed.
Client Guarantee: By engaging our services, you provide an irrevocable guarantee to pay all agreed fees, even if a formal contract is not signed.
You must provide timely access to all necessary assets, accounts, approvals, and information to allow us to perform our services.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless BizzScale, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates against all claims, liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Non-payment of fees
Any third-party claims arising from your content, data, or instructions
Any reliance placed on our deliverables beyond their intended purpose
BizzScale provides services based on industry best practices but does not guarantee specific outcomes such as website traffic, follower growth, engagement rates, or ROI.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for services in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Unless otherwise agreed:
All content, strategy documents, and creative materials developed by BizzScale remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own business purposes.
We will treat all information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties unless:
Required by law or regulation
Necessary to deliver our services (e.g., to contractors under NDA)
You provide written consent
We may collect the following personal and business information:
Name, company name
Email, phone number
Billing and payment details
Content and media assets shared with us
Website or analytics access credentials (if applicable)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
